GrowBigWithUs provides digital services including ERP solutions, web development, digital marketing, SEO, business documentation, and design & branding services. The specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (websites, designs, documents) created specifically for them. GrowBigWithUs retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for project completion, prompt feedback and approvals, and ensuring content provided to us doesn't infringe on third-party rights.
Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
We treat all client information and project details as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or financial documents with any third parties without your explicit written consent.
GrowBigWithUs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
